Can I change the design of my wedding website?We have a selection of themes available for everyone, allowing you to decide how you want your website to look. You'll can totally change the way your website looks withe the click of a button!
Is there a limit to how many pages I can create on my wedding website?You can create as many pages as you need for your website, and choose whether or not to show them on the navigation.
Is it possible to keep my wedding website private and limit access to my guests only?There are three choices for you to select from when it comes to privacy. You can have your website open to all, have a single password to enter the website, or create guest accounts with their own unique username and password!
For how long will my wedding website be available?We'll never delete your website, which means you, your partner, and your guests can use it to look back on the great memories you all made on your wedding day.
Does Priodi support custom domains for my wedding website?All websites will have custom .priodi.com domains, but if you have your own custom domain you've already purchased then contact our friendly customer service team and we can assist you with directing your domain to your Priodi wedding website.
Unlimited! We don't limit the amount of guests you can add, create as many as you need and receive as many RSVP's as you need.
How are RSVPs managed and sent?You can either email your guests their RSVP's, or if you'd prefer physical posted RSVP's then you can add your website QR code to the invitations you have made. Once your guests enter the website, they're able to enter their email address and submit their RSVP. You can create your own custom questions and events, ensuring you capture all the detail you need from your guests. You'll then be able to run reports containing the captured information.
Do my guests need to create a Priodi account when they RSVP?No. We have several choices for you to choose from when guests RSVP. You can either allow them to enter their details, create unique usernames for them with their own password to login with, or allow them to enter a unique RSVP code.
Will I receive a notification when my guests RSVP?Yes. Our portal has a built-in notification system which will notify you when guests RSVP, write in your guestbook, and more! You'll also receive an email notification.
Will data about my guests be kept private and secure?Security and privacy is extremely important to us, and all data is secured and private. This includes the data your guests enter when they RSVP, and any data you enter about your guests.
We want everyone to see how great our portal is before they buy, and so we offer a 14-day free trial period to everyone that signs up!
What happens at the end of the 14-day free trial?You'll still be able to access your portal and website, but neither you nor your guests will be able to input or change any data until your account is re-activated.
